images not resizing properly

thanks for this theme! i'm having a issue with image resizing.

if i add a custom logo to replace img/logo.png, it needs to be the exact pixel heigh of top banner, otherwise else it overflows into the carousel.

similarly, if i add a 640x480 image to the carousel, it only fills part of the window - shouldn't it cropZoom to fill the space?

is there some setting i'm missing which enables automatic image scaling?

There is no automatic scaling, you need to handle image dimension manually by using custom CSS or override the theme's templates. The theme was converted from an HTML template so it can't cover all the cases.
