The very first error that turns up is a print statements in the setup.py file.

Hello maintainers,

  • Any particular plans to support Python 3?
  • Would you be interested in accepting a patch for Python 3 support if I were to provide one?

CC @tamask, since you are listed as the maintainer in the PyPI documentation.

Given that:

  • There hasn't been any other response
  • The last commit accepted to this project was in 2011
  • @tamask doesn't seem to be with Trapeze anymore
  • Trapeze appears to have been absorbed into another company (see http://www.trapeze.com/)

if this is to move forward, it may need to transfer ownership (specifically on PyPI) or be forked.

I see three other people on the Trapeze organization: @jshaw @lazybird @sibsibsib
Perhaps one of them could help?

If I don't hear something in the next week or so, I'll probably fork it to a new name (so that I can place it as a new PyPI project) and leave a comment here pointing to it.
