I am a big Magnet fan. Thanks for continuing to maintain this tool for the open-source community!
I recognize that Magnet was originally designed to analyze mixed microbial communities, but I was wondering if there were any parameters that you would recommend adjusting if I wanted to use it to classify bacterial or viral isolate sequences (i.e., only one microbial genome is present in the sample)?
