Add default resources to lakefs deployment and add example to the values file

lakefs deployment currently does not have resources set. This can be a problem in case namespaces have quotas defined in order to allocate resources for different namespaces. It would be great to have a recommendation of resources that would work best with lakefs deployment in both cases:

• local deployment
• deployment with rds / dynamodb as backend

Also, it would be best to have those resource requests and limits in the values file as a documentational reference.
