All that file path business needs to be removed. We just need to reference the actual file name and nothing else.

Update: He needed the makespm12 script so I sent that along and then he will rename all the subjIDs once the files are moved.

the file paths shouldn't break anything, but yeah in the future they just need to be relative to the csv. It would also probably be nice to move outputs to something less crazy path wise
