Hi,
From here:
annotator = Annotator(ax, pairs, data=df, x="group", y="fr", order=order)
(...)
I got this error msg:
200 if np.isnan(x).any() or np.isnan(y).any():
201 raise ValueError('
xand
ymust not contain NaNs.')
202 if np.size(x) == 0 or np.size(y) == 0:
TypeError: ufunc 'isnan' not supported for the input types, and the inputs could not be safely coerced to any supported types according to the casting rule ''safe''

May you, please, help me on this?
Best,
Nivaldo
