Connect "Default Team Name" on Preplan DA checkbox

1. Create a Preplanned DA
2. Go to DA Details page for created Preplanned DA
3. Click Edit Team Name (Pencil Icon):
   
4. When checking the "Use Default Name", the text field is disabled.
5. When submitted, lookup the current Active DAs and get the next default team name. If Team 1 and Team 2 are already active DA, then we would want to make the team name Team 3. If there are already Team 1 and Team 3, we would want to use Team 2. Use "Lowest Available Number" ™️ .
