Better error handling of transactions being not send

Describe the bug
There is a chance that transactions might not be sent and there are no errors that would inform the user about what's happening. For example backends might not be reachable and there is "forever" loading when you click on the final "Send" button.

Info:

• Mobile Suite Version: version/commit
• OS: name, version

Expected behavior
I should be better informed what is happening and why is the transaction not sending

• if the transaction fails to send there should be always dispalyed and modal informing user that something went wrong.

QA NOK
I just got a forever "sending" on SOL and it didn't show any error for about 3-5 mins so I manually cancelled it. There was no failed transaction, it just timed out probably.
Whats weird is that after like another 10mins I unlocked my phone and saw this:

@vytick Can you look at it please? I suspect that there will be some problem in communication with SOL backend or connect.
