User cannot log in

Hello !

Everything was working correctly a few weeks ago but since yesterday I have an issue with the FTP Downloader. It wont let me connect.

FTPConnected: Microsoft FTP Service
FTP download failed: "Error: User cannot log in.".
##[error]Error: User cannot log in.
(node:817) UnhandledPromiseRejectionWarning: Unhandled promise rejection (rejection id: 1): Error: User cannot log in.
Disconnected

Nothing change on my side for the login and I am able to connect to FTP with other tools. Is there something wrong with the Add-On ?

Could you please provide me some information of your FTP server like:

• OS
• FTP server software & its version
• your FTP mode: active or passive?

The log of your tool (like Filezilla) when connecting to your server might be helpful also. Remember to mask all your sensitive information.
