Attempting hot-reload causes crash

Description

When attempting to restart somewm, either by keybind or cli, it crashes.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open new terminal
2. somewm-client restart
3. crash

Same result via keybind.

Expected Behavior

somewm should perform a hot-reload.

Actual Behavior

somewm crashes back to tty.

yeah, this one's a known issue. When I last did my best to true up all the awesome C code, I re-added the restart function just to try to keep it consistent, knowing it's broken.
