EDIT: Console errors are normal but extension still not functioning properly.

Video is either 720p or lower on any video that I try to watch on Netflix, noticeably worse and not working like it normally does. This is with and without toggling VP9 as well.

EDIT: Seems max bitrate is now successful? Nothing was working at all last night, new to old shows/movies.
