Simplify "Tabs" menu - remove "Open in new tab"

Now "Tab" menu contains:
Open new tab
Close current
Close all
Move left
Move right

Could be:
Home - button leading to customizable address, better, more convenient than "Open new tab" OR at least move "Home" button forward in menu on the bottom of the screen.
Move left
Move right
Open new tab - could be moved to menu on the bottom of the screen?
Close all
Close - remove. Action is easily available from menu in the bottom of the screen

On the menu in the bottom of the screen move "Back" to the first position. "Close" is less frequently used.

These simple changes would make navigation quicker:

1. Default, first accessible action for Tab then would became "Home".
2. "Move left", "Move right" actions are more important than "Close all" and especially "Close".
3. For action "Open new tab" there is a button in menu with a plus "+" sign already.
