Is the [email protected] email list still alive?

Not sure where else to ask this. I've received nothing since May 2022. I sent an email... it was received but not sent to the list.
A bit more concerning: lists.dmarc.org doesn't respond to pings, and the associated web pages don't respond.

OpenDMARC lists are at:

The dmarc.org lists seem to be out of commission, the links to their lists all 404.
