Run freerouting docker container locally, adapt DSN to run a freerouting route completely locally

• Start freerouting docker container (this can be done with the freerouting-cli npm package, or we can just use it's implementation)
• Convert the input circuit json to DSN (using the DSN Converter https://github.com/tscircuit/dsn-converter)
• Send the DSN to freerouting and poll while we wait for the job to complete
• Convert the DSN back into circuit json
