"Safety Zone" technique for better margins as you approach the objective in autorouting

Secondary safety green zones for autorouting enabling narrowing for large margins. Safety zones or "green zones" say that we can route here even if we're inside an obstacle margin. They can be created for areas where we know margin violations must occur.
