Feature description

Battery cycle counter for health screen.

Problem here:

• AFAIK, the Android SDK doesn't provide access to reliable data here.
• We can read cycle_count using root or Shizuku, but the OS doesn't need to provide it.
• We can estimate cycles, but it would require users to install the app right after they get a new battery.

Needs a decision because it could be a helpful feature, but it would reliably work only after someone installed Battery Monitor on a new device. Alternatively, it can wait if there'll be a reliable SDK method.
