Feature description

Control from Battery Monitor OEM charging optimization/protection/limits. Methods are device-specific, but there are open-source projects that already do this, e.g., https://github.com/d4rken-org/amply.

Needs root/Shizuku or WRITE_SECURE_SETTINGS set via ADB.

Needs a decision, because as it would be a nice feature, I have yet to decide whether this app should be just about statistics or a complete battery management software.
