A crawler can get a +1 to Computer Use in a Frame if he Researches #5 and prepares for it in advance. The DC is 5 + Frame#level. The size of a helper program is 4*Frame#level/20, They cannot be set as default but can be sold normally.

it is loaded automatically when you enter (if you have enough space left) and is activated as a default session program to provide its benefit.

you should be able to (rarely) find programs at data vaults
