On mb, we observed that CamTracker doesn't close, even though Pyra correctly tries to stop it because of a high offset. I don't know, whether this really is a Pyra issue. It looks like CamTracker will just ignore the stop.txt file in some cases.

A possible solution would be to raise an exception, when CamTracker has not closed within a certain time like 2 minutes.

Killing the CamTracker process would be an option, but we have to check whether the EM27/SUN correctly moves the mirrors to parking position.
