this is bug，when run more than 2 testcases, the report detail will repeat the before cases steps

self.outputBuffer = StringIO.StringIO() should use in the  _TestResult.starTtest  not in the _TestResult.__init__ which cause issue:"Detail output overlap tungwaiyip#7"
