Add support for map and struct array parquet types

parquet conversion does not currently support maps and struct arrays
turbot/tailpipe#66

(we do in fact support top level struct arrays, but not structs with struct array properties - for simplicity all struct arrays are set as JSON in SchemaFromStruct)
