After merging the Dashboard component into main, most if not all cypress tests now have an abstracted fetch for the dashboard that probably wasnt considered when testing initially.

Include, in all pertaining tests, an intercept for this dashboard fetch. Look at ShowContactSpec.cy.js lns: 2 & 94 for simple fix
