Docs: Improve search (e.g. add Algolia)

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
The documentation is hard to search. There are dozens of classes and functions, but there's no way to search across all sections in the documentation.

Describe the solution you'd like
I'd like some kind of fuzzy search to be implemented that will let me locate what I need even if I don't know the exact name of the class or function that I'm looking for.
