[macOS] Improve handling of initially blocked outgoing connections from the Tuta App

I use LuLu to block outgoing connections on macOS.

When opening Tuta, LuLu will prompt to allow or deny outgoing connections from the Tuta app.
When allowed, instead of continuing with the login, the Tuta app ends up timing out after ~5-10 seconds.
This forces an additional login where all other apps I've used with outgoing connections will retry the connection.

What I would like to see is the connection retried a few times before dropping back to the login screen to allow me to continue my workflow of allowing outgoing connections as I need them.
