Support form modal can be closed without prompt when pressing ESC, making you lose all progress

Bug in web app

Describe the bug
Only tested with Support->Other form.

Within modals that have a form that you have entered details into, you get the "Are you sure you want to go back? Your request will be lost." when pressing back. When pressing the backdrop (darkened background behind modal) it also remains open and doesn't close the modal.

However when pressing Escape with filled out form it still closes the modal without a prompt. Which will in turn reset all your progress as when you go to the form again it is blank.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Click show help button in icon sidebar
2. Go to Support and select any category that has an 'Other' support type
3. Enter in text in the textarea
4. Press escape and the modal closes

Expected behavior
"Are you sure you want to go back? Your request will be lost." should be shown and pressing escape again should close it as an indication of confirmation.

Actual behavior
Modal closes without prompt.
