Ability to dump the history of only one user

I don't see any options for that, and it would be really useful to be able to selectively dump history of some users/groups

You seem to not be aware of the config file.
There are arrays, where you can put in the names of the chats which should be backed up.

It's not clear anywhere though that the backup_users array will only work and back up stuff from a single user IF and only IF you add null to all other backup arrays (groups, channels etc), @Pheromon @SpatiumPrinceps.
