Hello! I've setup and retrieved devices via localhost:3000/api/scanners using the api however it is a bit unclear how to request a scan and retrieve the the file.
I can't see any documentation that suggests how to do this, I think it involves sending mqtt payloads to /scanners/:id - is there any example payloads or a direction you can point us in ?
Thanks

Hello Kyle, my name is Kevin Neal with the TWAIN Working Group. Thank you for your interest in TWAIN Direct. We have an updated version of TWAIN Cloud. It might be easiest for me to show you how to do this. Just send an email to [email protected]. However, to provide a quick demonstration of how to request a scan and retrieve the file you can watch this video and the demo starts around the 36 minute mark: https://youtu.be/MS32llesE-g?si=V1J2bUeSA38uZGYt
