I've successfully installed (with disabled signature check) wia on twain on windows 10 pro 64bit and can see the device as scanner.

But when I try to scan from this device (e.g. with paint) I get the message "Unable to retrieve picture from device".

What can I do to get the device working?

I'm having the same problem on Win 10 pro 64bit. Installed successfully with signature check disabled, but the device is reported to be offline by Windows. Any news on this?

I have the same problem.
Microsoft Paint gives the message: "Unable to retrieve picture from device. Verify the device is properly connected and try again."

I have windows 10 Pro 64 bits.
I successfully Installed with the 64 bits installer (with signature check disabled)
http://sourceforge.net/projects/wia-on-twain/files/1.2/WIAonTWAIN_SDK64.msi/download

Do we have to configure something after the installation. I tried to perform a reboot but I still have the same problem after the reboot.

thanks.
