Bootstrap Nested menu issue

Hi there,

Why there is serious issue when created multiple dropdowns with with 4 level nesting, bootstrap menu works only for first level,

when we are trying to open 2 second level dropdown display off

can you give me suggestion how can i achieve this thing, because there is no documentation for nested dropdown menu
