squash! test_cmdline: Fix test in CI to not use accidentally available import

requests is accidenally available in the Python enironment in which
these tests are run on GitHub CI. Use the 'httpx' module instead of
'requests' in our examples, to avoid CI behaving differently from local
test runs.
