Customer was unable to exit the Settings page

Bug Description

A customer shared a video with me of him trying to exit the Settings page. Nothing happens (window slowly moving but not being closed) despite clicking on the x.
He reloaded but this did not solve his issue.

I am not able to reproduce.
Can we still investigate what happened to ensure this does not happen again ?

I'm available if the customer still faces the issue to hop on a call and investigate it with them

I was not able to reproduce the issue indeed, I've asked him to confirm if the issue was still happening. Let me update the issue when I get his answer.

I believe I was the customer in question. I can't reproduce the issue anymore. I fixed it by opening the page in a private window and in a different browser. Eventually, I cleared the site data for myurl.twenty.com (cache, cookies, and local storage). After that, it worked.

Description:

When attempting to leave the settings page, the app repeatedly reloads and never exits the page. The only workaround I’ve found is to log out and log back in.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Log into Twenty CRM (self-hosted, version 1.6.7).
2. Navigate to the settings page.
3. Attempt to leave the page (navigate elsewhere).
4. Observe that the page continuously reloads in a loop.

I do have video showing the condition.

Expected Behavior:

Leaving the settings page should navigate to the selected page without reloading in a loop.

Actual Behavior:

The settings page reloads continuously and traps the user until they log out and log back in.

Environment:

• Hardware: Synology DS716+
• Platform: Docker
• Docker Image: twentycrm/twenty:latest
• Browsers:
  • Edge 140.0.3485.81 (64-bit)
  • Firefox 143.0.1 (64-bit)
• Twenty CRM Version: 1.6.7
