Remove Download option from Voicemail Task

Remove the Download option from Voice mail tasks audio player (click 3 dots menu).
Allowing agents to download a recording with potentially sensitive info may be a concern for some customers.

One thing to consider, even if we remove the option, the user can still download the recording if they know how to use the browser developer tools.
