Cannot access DB (unauthorized) when using request_defaults #15

I believe there could be a bug present in v7 of Nano - auth leveraged through request_defaults doesn't seem to be working like it used to and is causing all requests made through the express-couchFs module to return an "authorization denied." I have tested passing in credentials through the URL and have seen success; however, there will need to be a slight update to the code in order to assure it works properly. I will create a PR that will update that bit of code for you to see what I'm talkin' about.
