Missing Wiki

Before we can give the new codebase to students we need to ensure we have at least the same range of content that exists in the wiki for the previous codebase: that includes installation instructions, tutorials, links to further reading and general documentation. We don't have to add more but we should not go backwards in terms of documentation.

Hey guys, I updated the wiki and filled up the missing pages. Can you please review it ❓ so we can close this issue 😃

A few pages I've noticed are missing are Setup -> Project and Setup -> Tools -> Mac. We probably don't need ubuntu/debian instructions for now, but capture them next time someone needs to help a student on one of those platforms get set up.

@watsonarw I added some content to both pages. Not sure about the project setup tho, It should be as simple as running ./go install and that's it
