[Request] DDR World: Center arrows (singleplayer)

I think this goes here, since in "pull request" it doesn't allow me to make the request, I need to learn more about GitHub, I know, sorry for the inconvenience.

Basically it's that, having the option to center a player's arrows like in previous versions.

Pull requests aren't for requests. They're the way people can contribute code to a project on GitHub.

And I've not seen this patch for world in the wild otherwise it would already be here, if a DDR player wants to tackle it and propose it, feel free. But I don't personally play DDR so I won't be investing the time in finding how to do this, it's quite a complex patch to figure out.
