The licensing of this mod has multiple issues. It appears to have 3 conflicting licenses. The CurseForge page indicates LGPL-3.0-only. LICENSE.txt indicates LGPL-2.1-only. mods.toml indicates WTFPL. Arguably you are double licensing under LGPL-2.1-only, and potentially also under LGPL-3.0-only, which would mean that users may choose to follow one or the other. However, the terms of WTFPL are not included anywhere in the repo or the CurseForge page, only the name of it is provided in mods.toml.
Regardless, this is a mess. Thankfully, you appear to be the only contributor to this project (going solely based off of commit authors on this repo and the template it is generated from). Assuming this is accurate, you can freely re-license as you so choose under WTFPL, LGPL-2.1, LGPL-3.0, no license at all (which would mean All Rights Reserved), or any other license of your choice (I personally prefer OSL-3.0, which I am happy to speak further on if prompted). Please choose one license though, and update mods.toml, the CurseForge page, and LICENSE.txt so that they all match, as this issue makes forking this mod, contributing to it, and analyzing its code difficult due to the ambiguity on the licensing situation.
If you are not actually the only contributor to this mod, you will need to get the approval of all other contributors, or remove their contributions before re-licensing this mod, as they own copyright for their contributions.
If you have any questions, I am happy to do my best to answer them. Otherwise, I think using LGPL-3.0 is likely the simplest option here.
