Universe: "Copied!" button on "How to add" is clipped

Description

The "How to add" text box with the command has overflow: hidden. This likely is there to prevent overflows (?), but the tooltip for "copied" is added as a child and therefore clipped:

This was probably reported before, but I can't find it. I also wouldn't care too much, but this is about as user facing as Universe gets, I think?
