Add field size attribute

I ran into a log file size rapid growth problem. Client upload file to server and log all request detail.
Shall we add a field size attribute to limit output, and it's a optional parameter. Just like

log.String("file",file,4096)

And zap olny log 4k file info. The field size is a varaiable parameter
