Gnosis Chain -> Optimism

Now that dencun was deployed and L2 fees are really low, perhaps we can do payments on Optimism. It seems to have the lowest fees, a permit2 deployment, and has wider support for CEX cash outs, which may make working with our system more user friendly.

I suspect that net fees should be lower considering bridging costs to cash out to CEX.

If the idea it's primarily to have a L2 because it's architecturally attractive then i woud say yes, i still think our system performs very well on Gnosis Chain

In terms of convenience for new contributors, the more popular the network and the lower the fees, the better.

I think Optimism is better actually. I just manually checked Binance and Coinbase and asked Perplexity about the rest of the top 10 exchanges support for it. They all seem to support Optimism but Base is only Coinbase, I guess.

Optimism is lately becoming more a more centralized, i'll be honest from my point of view, so if that is not a concern? we're good

We actually support any EVM-compatible network for payouts so changing gnosis to optimism is basically an update of the networkId param in the bot's config. This issue could be closed as "not planned".
