Aave AMO v2

This PR intoduced AMO minter and aave AMO which should help to receive yield on the collateral provided in the Ubiquity pool.

Original contracts:

• FraxAMOMinter
• AaveAMO_V2

What should be done:

1. Make contracts upgradeable
2. Refactor unit tests to use locally deployed aave contracts instead of forked testing
3. Prepare deployment migration
4. Prepare tests for the deployment migration
5. Fix semgrep CI errors
