[feature request] Resizeable sidebar #1696

Hi,

When I change the App Center's window width, the width of the left sidebar is not modified.
My request is:

allow to resize the sidebar
or
dynamically set the sidebar width (minimum width + fixed % of the whole window width)

This would avoid to truncate tabs labels, as a side effect.
