Is there an existing issue for this?

  • I have searched the existing issues and found none that matched mine

Describe the issue

When login from a tty, if the transaction times out at some point and the user comes back to the shell prompt, the tty is not reset properly and user input is displayed on the tty anymore

Steps to reproduce it
