Generate own embeddings for areas without pre computed embeddings

It's great that there's some pre-computed embeddings. Does the code allow you to specify a flags to generate only missing embeddings in an AOI? Imagine 80% of a 100x100 areas has been generated already.
This AOI could be easily fully generated by only generating the remaining 20% instead of regenerating the whole AOI again.
