Model Checkpoint Size

The model checkpoint hosted in Google Drive is ~7GB but if you extract only the weights needed for inference it becomes ~350MB. I've done this and hosted it here on huggingface https://huggingface.co/isaaccorley/tessera

Thank you for doing this. Yes, the model becomes much much smaller if you only need it for inference. We open-source all the model weights to facilitate others in reproducing our work or maybe doing further development.

What license are the model weights released under? Are they MIT like the code or CC-BY-4.0 like the data/embeddings?

We are releasing them under CC0 and we've stated this in our Readme.MD
