Some matrices, such as the ones in the graphics transforms teacher notes, are displayed prepended with extra HTML code that I assume is created during the conversion process.

  • Chrome 75.0.3770.100
  • Firefox 67.0.4

These cases all seem to be inline formatting inside a teacher note panel. non-inline formatting of matrices within the general content display properly

EDIT: This does happen in regular content also, this is a problem with the inline syntax
