Better detection of filetypes.
Simplify datetime displays.
Add filters:
- Languages (English, Māori, both)
- Strand (CTDT or DDDO)
- Progress outcome
- NZQA standards
- Year level
- Curriculum learning areas
- ~~Creator or provider (DTTA, UC, MoE, NZQA, etc)~~ Moved to List uploader and creator of resources #278
- ~~User rating (minimum of 10? ratings)~~ Moved to Add user ratings for resources #277
