Cannot find any file in Data Folder for Dataset #26

I'm not 100% sure if this is a bug, but I cannot find any .csv datafile for this dataset: https://archive.ics.uci.edu/ml/datasets/Refractive+errors

When I go into the Data Folder there is only this message: Apache/2.4.6 (CentOS) OpenSSL/1.0.2k-fips SVN/1.7.14 Phusion_Passenger/4.0.53 mod_perl/2.0.11 Perl/v5.16.3 Server at archive.ics.uci.edu Port 443

Most datasets seem to have a .csv file available, I'm wondering if I can download a csv file from this dataset?
