When I select to filter on mixed variable types, all I get is either 100% categorical or 100% real or 100% integer.

Would you be describing the bottom search filter for Attribute Type?

They're radio buttons so only one can be selected at a time; checkboxes are used to select multiple options. This should be correct behavior at the moment.

Are you interested in a feature request for making them checkboxes?
