Describe the bug
The Dataset is missing. The error is saying "File was not available on this site".

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to 'https://archive.ics.uci.edu/dataset/613/smartphone+dataset+for+anomaly+detection+in+crowds'
Click on 'Download'
Scroll down to 'Right Top'
See error "The error is saying "File was not available on this site".

Expected behavior
The error is saying "File was not available on this site".

Desktop (please complete the following information):

OS: [Windows]
Version [10, 11]
