Make the dataset description expand on click

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Currently, if one clicks on a dataset entry in the browsing view, a table with details about the dataset slides out. However, if the description of the dataset was truncated, it stays truncated.

I think it would make sense to make the description expand with the details table.

Opening the dataset entry.
